Austin, Texas – THSC has worked with conservative state legislators in both the Texas House and Texas Senate to file the Tim Tebow bill, allowing homeschoolers to compete in UIL activities through their local school. Similar legislation is already in effect in 34 other states. Today, Senator Van Taylor (R – Plano) filed Senate Bill 640, and State Representative James Frank (R – Wichita Falls) filed its companion bill, House Bill 1323.
