Kyle Biedermann previously served as State Representative in House District 73 from 2017-2022 and was an advocate for families during that time. In 2022, Kyle retired from the Texas House. THSC has not endorsed Kyle in his current bid to unseat Rep. Troxclair in House District 19.
THSC supported Ellen Troxclair during her time on the Austin City Council, and in 2022 we endorsed her for State Representative in House District 19 based on her record. During her term as State Rep., Ellen consistently advocated for homeschoolers, Texas families, and parental rights. She voted in support of THSC’s position on 18 out of 18 votes – 100% of the time.
