The Texas Home School Coalition Legislative Team is in full swing, working to protect Texas Families, and we need your help! Every session, THSC asks homeschoolers from across the great State of Texas to visit the capitol and speak with legislators about their priorities as citizens, and this session will be no different!

Earlier this week THSC announced its first-ever paid THSC Capitol Field Trip! The field trip will allow individuals, families, and groups to join the THSC Watchmen in experiencing a taste of what lobbying at the capitol looks like through a lobbying workshop.

The Capitol Field Trips will take place on March 2nd and April 5th.

They will be full of new opportunities, including tours of the Texas Capitol, meeting the THSC Watchmen, learning about the scope of the legislative process, and more!

Can’t attend one of those days? We can fix that! You can still experience visiting offices at the capitol and learning about the legislative process through our independent lobbying package.

THSC’s individual Capitol Field Trip package is completely free and will allow you to immerse yourself in the legislature through videos, 1-pagers on the legislative priorities, and all the information you need on how to meet with legislators to discuss priorities!

We are thrilled to offer both of these options to constituents across the state who want to experience the legislative process and see how THSC operates every day to work towards Keeping Texas Families Free!

Questions? Please visit our registration page for more information, or reach out to us at Policy@THSC.org.
