Digital Systems Coordinator

REMOTE – Full Time

Summary of Role:

The Digital Systems Coordinator reports to the Director of Engagement and Infrastructure and is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s digital systems. This role ensures that platforms, workflows, and data processes operate reliably across all departments.

The Coordinator will focus on execution and support through implementing integrations, maintaining data accuracy, refining the backlog, documenting SOPs, and delivering reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Operations & Support

  • Maintain and support organizational platforms (Google Workspace, Asana, Zoho, WordPress, donor/member systems).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and document best practices.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to staff and contractors.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, scalability, and knowledge transfer across the organization.

Systems Integration & Automation

  • Build, test, and maintain integrations across platforms (Zoho Flow, Zapier, APIs).
  • Automate recurring workflows to improve efficiency in membership, donations, and reporting.
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues to ensure consistent system performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve system and data integration issues

Project & Team Coordination

  • Assist with tech-related projects by tracking tasks and deadlines in the backlog.
  • Collaborate with staff across departments to translate operational needs into digital solutions.
  • Refine and maintain the technology backlog, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with organizational goals.

Data Management & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all systems.
  • Apply SQL for data manipulation, querying, and reporting, ensuring reliable access to information.
  • Support database design and maintenance, with basic knowledge of data architecture and relational database principles.
  • Generate and automate reports to support leadership and department decision-making.
  • Apply best practices in visualization and analysis to present data clearly and meaningfully.

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field and has proven experience in data analysis, system integration, and database management. Strong project leadership, expertise in automation and data visualization, and familiarity with Zoho Products and Agile frameworks are highly valued. Excellent analytical and communication skills, along with team leadership ability, are essential.

Membership Specialist

This is a remote position.

Part time (12-15 hours/week)

The Membership Team is searching for a creative and detail oriented individual with a flair for organization and product management. As the Membership Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to gain new members and engaging and retaining existing ones through proactive support of membership programs, clear and effective communication, and a strong commitment to our mission and community.

What you’ll do:

  • Help draft content for emails, social media posts, events and other membership materials to attract and retain members
  • Engage with members, collaborate with the team, and participate in weekly membership strategy and tactics meetings
  • Help grow and promote membership at all levels by creating campaigns and presentations
  • Be present at all major THSC events to grow membership by engaging with members and actively serving as part of the Membership Team
  • Lead efforts to improve retention of current and renewing members
  • Contribute innovative ideas for marketing, social media, and content creation to support member acquisition and retention
  • Communicate with partners, affiliates, leaders, and members on unique projects that pertain to acquiring and retaining members
  • Use and track membership trends and survey data to grow membership
  • Support the Membership Manager and other departments on membership-related campaigns and tasks

It’ll be great if:

  • You are proficient with computer programs, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, and email marketing platforms
  • You are familiar with the homeschooling community
  • Have experience co-planning campaigns for months in advance alongside other departments, and scheduling skills
  • You strive for professional growth
  • Have experience leading/organizing group members in any capacity (Co-op, church, sports, collegiate, support groups, organizational, etc.)
