We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to be responsible for strategically developing new partnerships, maintaining existing partnerships with third party companies and organizations relevant to the homeschool community, while increasing sales and building new revenue opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly goals, and strategies for partnerships
  • Strategically identify new partners for THSC and facilitate outreach as THSC’s first point of contact
  • Collaborate and negotiate with potential THSC partners
  • Create and oversee processes for THSC members to receive benefits from the partner
  • Serve as the ongoing liaison between THSC and the partner to make sure they receive everything that was promised in the “partnership deal”
  • Periodic follow-ups with existing partners including analysis of partnerships in driving new THSC memberships, membership retention and increased revenue.
  • Working with THSC leadership, Events, Marketing, Technology, and other teams as applicable to:
  • Create and manage sales funnel for partnerships and other projects
  • Manage sales strategy and communications around major events
  • Maintain THSC systems and processes for regular sales tracking and communication

It’ll be great if:

  • You have a minimum of 3+ years experience in sales, marketing, or related field
  • You enjoy traveling the State of Texas. Some travel will be required with this position
  • You are proficient with computer programs, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Zoho, Asana, etc.
  • You are experienced with the homeschooling community
  • You have non-profit or charitable work experience
  • Your prior role(s) included:

Digital Systems Coordinator

REMOTE – Full Time

Summary of Role:

The Digital Systems Coordinator reports to the Director of Engagement and Infrastructure and is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s digital systems. This role ensures that platforms, workflows, and data processes operate reliably across all departments.

The Coordinator will focus on execution and support through implementing integrations, maintaining data accuracy, refining the backlog, documenting SOPs, and delivering reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Operations & Support

  • Maintain and support organizational platforms (Google Workspace, Asana, Zoho, WordPress, donor/member systems).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and document best practices.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to staff and contractors.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, scalability, and knowledge transfer across the organization.

Systems Integration & Automation

  • Build, test, and maintain integrations across platforms (Zoho Flow, Zapier, APIs).
  • Automate recurring workflows to improve efficiency in membership, donations, and reporting.
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues to ensure consistent system performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve system and data integration issues

Project & Team Coordination

  • Assist with tech-related projects by tracking tasks and deadlines in the backlog.
  • Collaborate with staff across departments to translate operational needs into digital solutions.
  • Refine and maintain the technology backlog, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with organizational goals.

Data Management & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all systems.
  • Apply SQL for data manipulation, querying, and reporting, ensuring reliable access to information.
  • Support database design and maintenance, with basic knowledge of data architecture and relational database principles.
  • Generate and automate reports to support leadership and department decision-making.
  • Apply best practices in visualization and analysis to present data clearly and meaningfully.

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field and has proven experience in data analysis, system integration, and database management. Outreach Manager to Director

We are looking for a caring and confident Outreach Manager/Director to spearhead the growth and development of our leader network, including to recruit and lead a team of Regional Representatives to work together with local homeschool leaders. Our goals are 1) that leaders get support needed to serve the ever-growing homeschool community 2) that THSC and leaders align in the effort to serve, protect, and strengthen the homeschool community, and 3) that THSC maximizes revenue generation through increased memberships including (Leaders, Lifetime, Premium, and Advanced).

  • The THSC Leader Network is solidified in 2026 through events, direct communication, and Regional Representatives
  • The Leader Network process is developed to succeed with current and future leaders and future Regional Reps.

What you’ll do:

  • Grow and facilitate a network between THSC and local homeschool leaders via regional reps and other creative means.
  • Lead and recruit additional high capacity leaders in each region in Texas as THSC Regional Representatives who will:
    • Connect with leaders regularly in person, by phone, and digitally on behalf of THSC
    • Build a comprehensive list of local groups in Texas
  • Collaborate with THSC team and be the point person on projects to meet identified needs and build greater connection
    • E.g. Membership benefits specific to leaders
    • E.g. Leadership info on THSC website

Measures of success

  • Regional Reps established in each region
    • Process created for THSC personally connecting with key leaders across the state at least annually
