A Texas home schooler was denied benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs based on student status in a program not approved by TEA, nor recognized by the VA to be an equally competent institution. Tim writes to the Department of Veteran Affairs regarding academic standards and school attendance in the state of Texas.
